STELLAR MUSIC STUDIO

At Stellar Music Studio, music education is driven by a passion for music. It serves as a medium to inspire, enrich, and challenge student's expectations. Yet still increases student learning and cognitive function, can help to relieve anxiety and stress, and hopefully just brings joy to those around them.

Beyond classical training, students will also receive lessons that incorporate theory, ear training, improvisation, composition, worship music, and church accompaniment utilizing typical lead sheets.

Students will gain a solid music foundation with method books, while still receiving lessons in a holistic and fun approach. Each student will also receive customized lessons using each student's unique learning styles, music preferences, and student/parent goals.

Competition is encouraged but is not a focal point or end goal. Instead, it is used sometimes as a tool to draw out the student’s full potential. 

Each fall and spring there will be a family friendly recital which serves to increase confidence, encourage and challenge individual standards, and allow us all the opportunity to share in the joy of music together. Families often anticipate this time and the events are very memorable and special for all involved. Our studio also participates in outreach concerts to the elderly each year.
