PIANO INSTRUCTOR

My name is Lori Estelle, and I have been teaching piano for about 25 years. I hold a B.A. in Music Education from Southeastern University and am a member of Music Teachers National Association and Raleigh Piano Teachers Association.

I began my classical training at a very young age, and started playing by ear and writing songs in elementary school. After serving as a church music coordinator at a Vineyard Church, I began teaching at Asbury School of Music in Raleigh NC, and since its closing, decided to open up my own private studio. It is one of my greatest passions to be able to give the gift of music to students of all ages. 

I enjoy songwriting, painting, and photography, playing and singing in my home church, and taking whatever musical opportunities come my way. I am also a singer songwriter, and released my first singles in 2023.

Both my sons are musicians, so there is always music in my home, and one of our favorite activities is to gather in the living room to play and sing together. I often perform with my oldest son for weddings, at local open mic events, and church events.
